Unisogni Residence.
From October 2025, the  Unisogni Residence  will offer 49 beds in a “spread-out” student residence for the University of Eastern Piedmont students.
The accommodations include single and double rooms in apartments located in the city center, ensuring convenient access to urban services and teaching facilities.
Some of the units are located in the Piazza Matteotti area , on Via Santa Gorizia and Via Montegrappa , while an entire building is located in the  Orti area  (Via Girgenti).
Thirty  percent  of the spaces are reserved under an agreement with EDISU.

The monthly rent for a double room is  400.00 euros , including:

  • weekly cleaning of common areas
  • coin-operated laundry service with washing machines and dryers
  • bicycle storage
  • Wi-Fi connection
  • utilities
  • storage service

JGM Student

Student residence on Via San Giovanni Bosco, designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a modern environment dedicated to students. The facility is managed by Bianco Rooms and offers single, double, and studio rooms with all-inclusive rents starting from €390/month , including utilities, Wi-Fi, heating, and assistance.

The  Residenze Universitarie Alessandria  portal is the result of a joint initiative between  Confindustria Alessandria  and  FIAIP Alessandria , developed in collaboration with the local university system to expand the accommodation options for students attending Alessandria’s departments.
Created in collaboration with  Immobiliare.it , the portal allows users to search for rental housing solutions for students and young workers.
